Each person runs their own clock — starting a new cell stops only your own previous one, so several people can track different jobs into the same sheet at once. Use a distinct name each. Right-click a cell to correct it without leaving timer mode. Archiving a client hides them from this month onwards and leaves every earlier month exactly as it was — nothing is deleted. Rates and budgets are stored per month, so raising a client's rate in September leaves your August invoices untouched. Everything saves as you go and keeps counting if you close the tab.
